- If you are new to using retinol or retina, apply it every other night for the first two weeks. Apply a small amount to the target areas. If irritation occurs, reduce the amount and frequency and use a moisturizer with soothing ingredients. The retina may cause your skin to appear slightly yellow after application. It is completely washed off with cleaning.
- Avoid contact with eyes and wash your hands thoroughly after use. This product is only suitable for night use, and sunscreen must be applied the next day. Applying too much at once can cause skin irritation.

Return & Refund

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
